It’s always a fascinating experience to study the diverse range of creatures this place has to offer;

• Meaningful sights
Hampstead is a unique place in London, there’s something cozy about it, and a feeling of being preserved in time. Just behind my house is an example of this: the Boilerhouse chimney, erected in 1898 as part of the former New End Hospital. A rare surviving example of this style of chimney it’s preserved as a landmark. Also, shout-out to the tree just opposite my former kindergarten school, it’s a lovely eucalyptus which I gaze upon almost daily and seems to reflect my mood as it whooshes on windy days.

• Random encounters
An evening at my local pub, @flaskhampstead , I met a most curious fellow. His name was Richard Scott, a man of old age but very youthful spirit! 
He told me he had always been into counter-culture, which, in his time was the bebop jazz scene! He never stayed in one place for too long, and had lived in many countries including New Zealand, where he learned the Maori language. He seemed a bit disappointed that the night life in Hampstead wasn’t quite was it used to be in more bohemian times!
When was the last time you shared a pint with a stranger?

• Serene evenings
Hampstead is a special in that you can pretend as if the chaotic heart of the city isn’t just a few miles away. Laying down on a calm autumn evening in the Heath makes you realise that sometimes it is the most mundane things that can bring us plenitude.Depending on my mood, I can also feel an intense sense of loneliness as well
